Return and Replacement Policy.
The quality of postcards and stamps from Ukraine is what we are proud of and what makes our customers happy. But life can be surprising.
Refunds are issued before the order is shipped. If the order contains items that are out of stock and cannot be received within 1-2 business days, the funds are returned to the customer before the seller receives them.
We will definitely contact you and inform you of the reason for the refund.
We provide a 30-day warranty for the replacement of goods from the date of shipment (the date of shipment is indicated on the waybill)!
We only need photos, so it is better to send them directly to email postal.ukraine@gmail.com
Terms of product replacement:
1. If you received a product damaged during transportation.
2. If your order was not fully assembled or some items were replaced with others
We need to know your order number, photo, and reason for replacement. Having received this information, we send you a parcel with new units of goods at our own expense within 3 working days!
The goods cannot be replaced:
1. The request for replacement is submitted after 30 days from the date of dispatch
2. The replacement is requested due to personal reasons: tastes, views, color scheme
3. The customer has indicated an incorrect/inaccurate address.
4. The goods were purchased during a sale, promotion
5. The replacement goods have already been sent, the postal code can be tracked and the parcel reaches the addressee.
