Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, of course! Except Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea

How much does shipping cost?

For orders over $50, shipping is FREE to any region except Oceania and East Asia. To these regions, FREE SHIPPING for orders over $75

Shipping costs for orders under $50:

 for Europe from $7.50 (up to 250g) to $9.99 (from 250g)
 for the rest of the world for $9.99

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times vary by country.

Europe: 2 - 4 weeks
Canada, USA, North America: 3-5 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 weeks
Asia Pacific: 3-5 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-5 weeks
North Africa and the Middle East: 3-5 weeks

How can I track the status of my order?

When we ship your order, you will receive a shipping notification via email.

This email will contain a tracking code and a tracking URL.

 

How fast do you ship orders?

Orders are shipped every business day. But sometimes it can take 2 days to process and ship an order. This is due to the availability of the required product in the warehouse. Please note that we work in the Ukrainian time zone, so if you ordered goods from the USA in the afternoon, it is already evening and the order processing will begin the next business day.

VAT

Since July 1, 2021, some EU countries have changed the way they charge VAT on parcels from other countries. All orders over €0.01 are subject to tax:

- Duties and taxes are not included in the price of the item and may not be included in the total shipping cost you pay to the seller.

- When you shop at the Ukrainian Post, you are buying from foreign sellers. Therefore, sometimes you may be asked to pay customs duties.
