Booklet with stamps "For Marine Corps Day. Warriors of the Three Elements"

“Marines are always faithful!” is a principle that marines confirm every day in battle. They are called warriors of the three elements for their ability to act confidently on land, in the water and from the air. From the first days of Russian aggression, the Ukrainian Marine Corps has become a symbol of resilience, endurance and fighting brotherhood, and today the Marines are where it is most difficult. They hold the defense, go on assaults, evacuate their comrades under fire and are the first to arrive where strength, determination and results are needed. Their strength lies in training and experience, and also in trust in each other, in the willingness to stand shoulder to shoulder until the end.

May 21, 2026 Ukrposhta is putting into circulation a national postage stamp “To the Day of the Marine Corps. Warriors of the Three Elements”, dedicated to the courage, strength and indomitability of the Ukrainian Marines.

The author of the design of the stamp, the First Day envelope, the card and the presentation folder is Oleksandr Kalmykov. The issue was created with the assistance of the 30th Marine Corps of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The booklet includes the stamp sheet “For the Day of the Marine Corps. Warriors of the Three Elements”, a First Day envelope with special cancellation and a card. The back of the booklet contains a description of the issue in Ukrainian and English.
