The enemy uses the tactics of destroying critical infrastructure objects, which are especially vulnerable for the civilian population in winter. With its insidious actions, Russia hopes to break the will of Ukrainians, plunge the country into "darkness," and weaken Ukraine's determination to go to Victory. But the enemy miscalculated.
