To mark the anniversary of the full-scale war, we, together with the International Center for Ukrainian Victory and the Anti-Corruption Center, present stamps that speak for themselves: Make Russia Pay and Make Russia Small Again.

These are more than words - they are a call to action. Russia must pay for the war, and its empire must disappear once and for all!
