Souvenir Block "900 Years of the Chronicle “The Tale of Bygone Years”

The postal block was put into circulation on July 26, 2013 for the 900th anniversary of the writing of the chronicle "The Tale of Bygone Years". The block consisting of one stamp shows Nestor the Chronicler (author of the novel) at work, the events described in the novel are on the margins of the block. The story of Nestor the Chronicler is the oldest literary monument in the history of Ukraine and a great historical monument of the Ukrainian language.
